Our mission at Oura is to empower every person to own their inner potential. Our award-winning products help our global community gain a deeper knowledge of their readiness, activity, and sleep quality by using their Oura Ring and its connected app. We've helped millions of people understand and improve their health by providing daily insights and practical steps to inspire healthy lifestyles.

Empowering the world starts with living and empowering our team. As a quickly growing company focused on helping people live healthier and happier lives, we ensure that our team members have what they need to do their best work — both in and out of the office.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, New Experiences to lead a new category of trusted digital experiences for Oura, shaping how members engage with capabilities that extend the value of the ring in everyday life. This role will drive the strategy and execution for new software experiences across hardware, mobile, and platform surfaces, partnering closely with design, engineering, privacy, and other cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, high-trust user experiences. You will help define how emerging technologies come to life in Oura products, balancing usability, privacy, technical constraints, and long-term platform opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Own and drive the roadmap for a new set of software experiences and related platform capabilities

Define user experiences that span connected devices, mobile apps, and supporting platform services

Partner closely with design and engineering to concept, prototype, ship, measure, and improve features across iOS and Android

Translate product strategy into clear product requirements, user flows, and decision frameworks

Work closely with privacy and platform teams to ensure experiences meet high standards for trust, safety, and reliability

Navigate technical constraints across hardware, embedded software, mobile clients, and backend systems to create simple member experiences

Develop a strong point of view on where Oura can expand into new technology-enabled experiences over time

Collaborate with analysts and cross-functional partners to define success metrics and use data to improve outcomes

This is a remote US role with a preference for San Francisco Bay Area.

REQUIREMENTS

We would love to have you on our team if you have:

5+ years of product management experience, ideally with 7+ years in consumer software or connected device products

Strong experience building products that rely on coordination between hardware, software, and cloud services

Demonstrated success creating intuitive user experiences in areas with meaningful privacy, trust, or policy constraints

Strong technical fluency and the ability to work effectively with mobile, backend, embedded, and platform engineers

Experience leading 0 to 1 or early-stage product initiatives from concept through launch

Proven ability to make high-quality product decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

A strong track record of collaborating effectively across design, engineering, data, and other cross-functional teams

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics

Passion for consumer technology and curiosity about how new technologies can unlock meaningful everyday value for members

Nice to have:

Experience with wearables, consumer electronics, identity, access, or other high-trust digital product areas

Familiarity with privacy-sensitive user experiences and systems that require careful coordination across hardware and software surfaces

Experience building products that require close coordination across firmware, mobile, and platform layers
