They are looking for a Senior Solana Developer to join our blockchain engineering team and help build the next generation of regulated digital securities infrastructure. You will work on complex Solana programs, cross-chain integrations, and Token-2022 implementations β€” with a direct impact on how institutional-grade financial products live on-chain.

What you will do:

Design, develop, test, and deploy Solana programs using Anchor and native Rust

Build and maintain Token-2022 integrations, including transfer hooks, non-transferable tokens, permanent delegation, and interest-bearing token extensions

Implement and manage cross-chain bridges and messaging using Wormhole or similar interoperability protocols

Develop and integrate SPL token programs, including ACL-gated on/off ramp flows and compliance-aware mint/burn mechanics

Architect PDA-based systems for registries, whitelists, multisig, and permissioned account management

Write robust unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews and audit preparation

Collaborate with backend engineers to expose Solana program interfaces via Node.js / TypeScript services

Contribute to technical design documents, architecture definitions, and Jira story scoping

Work independently, proactively identify improvements in code quality and team processes

Interact with product and commercial teams to translate requirements into technical designs

Requirements for the position:

Core Solana Expertise

5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years focused on Solana program development

Deep understanding of Solana's account model, PDA derivation, CPI patterns, and rent exemption mechanics

Hands-on experience with Anchor framework: account validation, constraints, IDL generation, and program upgrades

Solid knowledge of SPL Token and Token-2022, including token extensions (transfer hooks, reallocation, metadata pointer)

Experience with durable nonces, Address Lookup Tables (ALTs), and compute budget optimization

Familiarity with Solana's transaction lifecycle, priority fees, and congestion handling strategies

Experience integrating with Wormhole, Jupiter, or similar cross-chain / DeFi protocols

Backend & Full-Stack Skills

Proficient in TypeScript and Node.js; experience building or consuming REST APIs

Comfortable writing and maintaining unit tests, end-to-end tests, and coverage reports

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices

Ability to contribute to technical architecture and design reviews

Soft Skills

Strong communicator who can bridge blockchain complexity and product requirements

Team player who is curious, self-driven, and actively follows industry developments

Experience preparing or contributing to security audit documentation is a plus

Nice to Have:

Experience with Solidity smart contract development and EVM tooling (Hardhat, Foundry, OpenZeppelin)

Familiarity with ERC-20 / ERC-721 / ERC-1410 / ERC-4626 / ERC-7540 token standards

Experience with EVM-compatible chains: Polygon, Avalanche, Base, Arbitrum, or custom EVM networks

Knowledge of regulated token infrastructure, KYC/AML compliance layers, or digital securities (e.g., DS Protocol / ERC-1400)

Experience integrating DeFi protocols β€” lending markets, DEX aggregators, or async vault patterns

Familiarity with dApp development, wallet management (Phantom, MetaMask, WalletConnect)

Experience with hardware wallet integrations (Ledger / Trezor) for transaction management

Exposure to non-EVM chains (SUI, Algorand, Aptos) is a bonus

NestJS framework experience
