Opportunity in Startup - Staff Mobile Engineer (React Native)

Role Overview: We’re looking for a Staff Mobile Engineer to lead the development of our mobile platform. As the mobile engineer on a small team that includes a QA Architect and a Senior Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our mobile experience. What You’ll Do:

Architect, develop, and maintain our mobile applications for iOS and Android.

Collaborate with design and QA to deliver seamless and polished user experiences.

Define and implement best practices for mobile development, testing, and deployment.

Own technical decisions and ensure the scalability of our mobile platform.

Act as the main point of technical expertise for all things mobile.

What We’re Looking For:

8+ years of professional experience in mobile app development.

Expertise in React Native or native development for iOS/Android.

Proven track record of shipping high-quality mobile apps to production.

Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization and debugging.

Ability to thrive as the sole engineer in a collaborative, small-team environment.

Excellent English skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to Have:

Experience in the renewable energy or SaaS industry.

Knowledge of geolocation technologies and real-time data integration.

Familiarity with SOC II compliance and secure app development practices.
