About the Role

We are building a new operations team to support one of the largest publishers in the coupons and affiliate space. As an Operations Associate, you will be part of the founding team — executing day-to-day tasks across one or more operational functions, following established processes, and contributing to a high-performing team being built from the ground up.

What You'll Do

Execute daily operational tasks across assigned functions — Deals, Store Management, Merchant Ops, or AdOps

Process and resolve tickets accurately and within SLA across HelpScout and other platforms

Follow SOPs and flag any gaps or inconsistencies to the Ops Manager

Coordinate with team members during the daily overlap window to ensure smooth handoffs

Contribute to process improvement by sharing ground-level observations

Support onboarding of new team members as the team scales

What We're Looking For

Must Have

1–3 years of experience in an operations, back-office, or digital process role

High attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive, process-driven work accurately

Comfortable working in shifts, including EST overlap hours

Reliable, self-disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote setup

Good to Have

Familiarity with affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or digital operations

Experience with tools like HelpScout, Airtable, Confluence, or similar

Exposure to working with western clients or stakeholders
