Tremendous is the global platform built for businesses to send thousands of payouts to anyone, anywhere, for free. We're trusted by 20,000 organizations like Atlassian, MIT, and United Way to deliver gift cards and money to millions of recipients worldwide.

Our customers (researchers, marketers, HR teams, nonprofits, and platform businesses) rave about how fast and easy Tremendous is to use.

Tremendous is profitable and growing without outside investors. We’re a fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting culture, which means more time for what matters in both your professional and personal life. The team agrees — our employee NPS is in the high 80s.

Twice a year, we bring our fully remote team of ~175 people together in an incredible destination. We go all out on these trips, and the team gets excited about them months in advance.

Read more about them in our public handbook

We’ve traveled together to Mexico City, Lisbon, Medellin, Vail, and Santa Barbara. Our next offsite will be in Seville, Spain, in March 2027. We care about every part of the trip: a great hotel, meals, activities people will actually enjoy, and a few surprises along the way.

We’re looking for someone to own these experiences from the early planning through the final day onsite. It takes creativity, operational skill, and great communication. You’ll research destinations, plan the schedule, manage the logistics, and communicate with the team throughout.

To the rest of the company, you’ll be the face of one of the most fun parts of working at Tremendous — the person who builds excitement, keeps everyone informed, and sets the tone for the trip.

Own the creative vision, planning, and execution of two company-wide offsites each year for approximately 175 people.

Research potential destinations, find great hotels, restaurants, activities, and entertainment.

Build a schedule with plenty of time for people to connect and enjoy the destination, alongside a small amount of company programming.

Sweat every detail of the attendee experience, from the first announcement and travel guidance through arrival, daily programming, and the trip home.

Manage complex logistics from start to finish, including accommodations, transportation, vendors, meals, accessibility, contingency planning, and onsite execution.

Manage a substantial event budget, knowing when spending more will meaningfully improve the trip and when it won’t.

Build excitement before each offsite and serve as the main point of contact for the team, sharing clear updates, answering questions, and making sure everyone knows what to expect.

Gather feedback after each offsite and use it to continuously improve the experience.

Plan and run smaller team offsites throughout the year, including two GTM offsites, an annual engineering offsite, and occasional gatherings for other teams.

Assist with other company events and occasional special projects, such as logistics for marketing events.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and are great under pressure when things don’t go well.

You have the ability to quickly grasp business objectives and translate them into an experience.

You bring energy and creativity to developing team activities.

You proactively identify potential issues with scheduling, travel, and projects and seek solutions.

You can take feedback and incorporate it into future events without compromising on vision.

2+ years in internal event planning or a similar role that requires substantial planning.

Experience producing memorable, high-touch events.

You’re a clear, warm communicator who enjoys working with people across the company.

We take these trips seriously. You’ll have a meaningful budget, plenty of support, and broad ownership over an experience that touches everyone at the company.

Base salary for this role: $110,000–$140,000.

100% covered health (US), unlimited PTO, 12-16 weeks paid parental leave.

Full Time

Tremendous is profitable and growing without outside investors. We’re a fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting culture, which means more time for what matters in both your professional and personal life. The team agrees– our employee NPS is in the high 80s.

You’ll be the product owner for how companies discover Tremendous, sign up, and send their first reward.

Most companies research us before they ever meet a salesperson. They find us through a search, an ad, or a reward somebody sent them. A fair number sign up on their own, either because they're too small for a sales rep or because they just prefer it. You'll own product growth overall, but self-serve clients are your primary focus and scorecard. At the top of the funnel we can't tell who's a solo marketer and who's a future enterprise buyer, so you’ll build for both.

The Growth team doesn't exist yet, so you'll arrive, borrow engineers from another squad to get moving, and write the roadmap we hire against. You'll have real influence over what this team becomes and who's on it.

One thing to know up front: the standard product-led growth playbook doesn't apply here. We have no free tier, no trial, and no paywall, so the usual levers don't exist. We also don't have the traffic for most A/B tests to reach significance. You'll need to look at a flow and know what's wrong with it rather than wait for a test to tell you.

The product management team today is 7 PMs, led by a co-founder who serves as Head of Product. You'll also work with Marketing on campaigns and with RevOps on the handoffs between self-serve and sales.

Signup, onboarding, and the first order are yours outright. On the site and landing pages, you own conversion and experiments; Marketing owns brand, content, and spend.

Develop the growth roadmap, then help staff the squad that runs it

(both through internal transfers and outside hires).

Standing up a landing page, changing it, and killing it should take a day, without waiting on an engineering sprint.

We'll pull a growth marketer into your team's cadence so a campaign ships end to end: audience, copy, landing page, emails, ads.

Give promising acquisition channels product and engineering muscle:

referrals, programmatic SEO, AI-search and chatbot referrals, interactive tools, reward recipients becoming senders.

Today we hand out test funds and fee waivers case by case. You decide what we offer, to whom, and what it's worth.

and put it in front of real companies the same week.

Most product work here happens in writing. If you're used to running product through meetings, this will feel different.

as a growth PM, founder, or engineer, with real time on acquisition, conversion, or activation.

Enough technical depth to ship without a full team.

You can instrument a funnel, read the data, and build a landing page when that's the fastest path.

You can look at a signup page and say what's wrong with it, without a test telling you.

You can tell whether traffic will resolve a question, and you're comfortable deciding from other evidence when it won't.

You know which parts assume a free tier, and which parts transfer.

The team doesn't exist yet. You'll write the roadmap and we'll build the team around it. And since we're profitable, growth here is pure upside.

Base salary for this role: $240,000 to $315,000.

Tremendous is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Growth to lead the discovery, signup, and onboarding experience. The role involves developing a growth roadmap, optimizing conversion flows, and building systems for rapid testing in a documentation-first, remote environment. Key focus areas include acquisition channels and self-serve client growth.

Most PMs at Tremendous run a squad. This role owns problems instead.

We're growing fast and spinning up new product areas. Each one needs research, a roadmap, and shovel-ready specs before we staff it. That's your job. You'll dig into areas where we might launch a squad, and run projects too small to need one.

You'll carry one or two projects at a time, drawn from the company's highest-priority open questions. When a problem proves worth solving, what happens next depends on how big the opportunity is.

If it justifies a long-term team, you'll likely build that squad and lead it as its PM. If it's worth building but smaller, you'll build it yourself with an engineer or two and design help from a related squad. If it's small and close to an existing squad's work, you'll hand it off with a finished brief, and that squad's PM will carry it forward. You'll have real influence over new project areas and which teams exist a year from now.

Today, the product management org is 7 PMs, led by a co-founder who serves as Head of Product.

Report to our Co-founder / Head of Product,

Own new product areas before they have a team. Develop a thesis, do the research, size the opportunity, and make a recommendation: spin up a squad, build it lean, hand it off, or kill it. Kill calls are as valuable as green lights.

Turn research into shovel-ready work. Your output is briefs, prototypes, and specs that a squad can pick up and build immediately.

Move quickly using AI. Use agents to dig through customer tickets, sales calls, usage data, and competitor research. Ship clickable prototypes in days to test ideas with real customers.

Run projects that don't need a full squad. Some work is worth doing but too small for a team. You'll drive these end-to-end with engineers from existing squads.

Cover a squad when needed. If a team is temporarily without a PM, you may step in. This is occasional, and your portfolio comes first.

Work async. Most product work here happens in writing. If you're used to running product through meetings, this will feel different.

6+ years building and shipping web applications as a designer, engineer, or product manager at tech companies, with at least 2 years taking new products from zero to one.

Comfortable being the only person accountable for an initiative that doesn't have a team yet.

Comfortable owning a portfolio instead of a single product. If validation kills your thesis, you move to the next bet without drama.

A track record of turning ambiguous opportunities into prioritized, shovel-ready roadmaps.

Strong product intuition, design judgment, and technical fluency. You hold your own with designers and engineers.

Outstanding written communication. We're documentation-first, and this role runs on briefs and decision memos that need to persuade senior stakeholders.

Founder, founding PM, or first-product-hire experience is a strong plus.

Competitive pay and equity. Base salary for this role: $250,000 to $325,000.

Real benefits. 100% covered health (US), unlimited PTO, 12-16 weeks paid parental leave.

Senior Product Manager - Special Projects at Tremendous. This role focuses on researching and validating new product areas, creating shovel-ready specs, and leading zero-to-one initiatives. Senior Product Manager - Special Projects

We design experiences that make complex systems feel straightforward and intuitive by taking our time to get things right. We favor depth and scale over speed, while raising the bar for quality so our product stays ahead of the competition. We’re a place for designers who care about doing things well.

We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to own design for one of our product areas. You'll join a small team of product designers led by our Director of Product Design, and you'll be embedded in a squad with a product manager and several engineers.

Half of our product is used by recipients who never chose us, so the experience has to be self-evident. The other half is a powerful dashboard and API used by everyone from mom-and-pop shops to Google. With one designer per squad, you'll have direct ownership of the experiences you ship.

Craft rational, elegant, and intuitive interfaces.

We care about implementation ease as much as we care about pixel-perfection.

Designers at Tremendous own the product copy in their designs.

Contribute to the team’s vision, planning, and roadmap.

Consistency is a big part of usability, especially for a financial platform. We aim to leave the system better than we found it.

We're an async, international team. Your Notion docs and Figma files should give anyone clear context, constraints, and options without a meeting.

Research, prototyping, and iteration. We expect designers to prototype with AI tools and bring working artifacts to the team.

Push forward and maintain a high design bar and level of execution.

, with accessibility and internationalization in mind.

Experience at a startup or fast-moving product company.

A portfolio demonstrating functional, simple, and delightful user interfaces.

Proven experience building and improving design systems.

Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.

Experience using AI tools in your design workflow, including prototyping (v0, Claude, Cursor, or similar).

The ability to handle ambiguity. You're comfortable conducting research and gathering information to make informed decisions on your own.

Own design for a product area, end-to-end.

You'll help scope, drive, and measure your work, pushing forward user and business goals.

You'll conduct research and usability tests to gain a deep understanding of problems before designing solutions.

Tremendous is the global platform built for businesses to send payouts—gift cards and money—to anyone, anywhere, instantly. We're trusted by 20,000+ organizations, from startups to giants like Atlassian, MIT, and United Way, to reach millions of recipients worldwide.

We're profitable and growing without outside investors. We're fully remote, with a high-documentation, low-meeting culture that leaves more time for the work that matters—and for your life outside it. Our employee NPS sits in the high 80s.

We move billions of dollars through our systems. That makes security existential, and it's why we're making our first dedicated security hire.

There's already a real foundation here—bug bounty, pen tests, automated code and configuration scanning on the production and code side, phishing simulations on the people side. You’ll add to it across access and identity, SecOps and monitoring, incident response, vendor security, employee security practices, and policy. You'll own the whole posture.

Early on, you'll do the scoping and the hands-on work yourself; this is not a role where you direct from above. As the work demands it, we're fully prepared to build a team here—and we're looking to you to define what that team should be and when.

, Tremendous' most senior technical leader. We've deliberately placed security with Engineering so you're set up to drive real implementation fast—embedded with the people whose work you're securing, not siloed in a compliance function. As the security function matures, we'll revisit this.

Own Tremendous' security posture end-to-end, partnering with our engineering team on production infrastructure and code security.

Assess where we have gaps, prioritize them, and tackle our highest-leverage gaps first. We’ll have opinions, but you own the prioritization

Treat incident response as core, not afterthought. We may not be able to prevent a breach, but your job is making sure it's small, contained, and that we know exactly what to do.

Drive security as a cultural shift across the company—introducing controls incrementally, working with teams rather than over them. "Yes, and," not "no."

Lead our AI-security posture. We invest heavily in AI tooling; your job is to manage that risk and enable it, not to ban it.

Define when and how to staff up the security function, and hire your own team.

Real, hands-on security experience at a company that scaled—ideally as an early security hire who grew with the business through high growth.

core security domain—product/production security, security operations, or access/identity and policy—with enough range to reason across the others. You

the security posture, not just executed someone else’s playbook.

An engineer's mindset. You reach for code to solve problems and can read our codebase and understand our infrastructure (Ruby on Rails; TypeScript + React; PostgreSQL; Google Cloud). You won't write much day-to-day, but you're not lost in the code.

risk of a given decision, hold a firm line where it matters, and give ground where "best practice" doesn't apply to us or real business need pulls the other way. You can hold your own in a debate about whether to open up broad data access for AI tooling.

You drive hard change by bringing the team around to your point of view, rather than just telling them no. Engineers and the rest of the company

Experience building or co-building a small security team is a plus.

Fintech, payments, or regulated-industry experience is a plus.

First security leader, with the budget for the required tools and team.

The push for this hire comes straight from the founders.

Everyone has a $5k/month budget for AI tools. Use it.

Base salary $250,000–$330,000, plus meaningful equity.

Tremendous is seeking its first Head of Security to own the company's end-to-end security posture. This player-coach role involves hands-on implementation across SecOps, incident response, and AI security, while eventually building a dedicated team.
