LiveKit is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to build and own the demand generation function. The role involves designing always-on campaigns across paid, email, and content channels to drive pipeline for a B2B SaaS platform specializing in voice AI infrastructure. This is an engineering role with a support component, not the other way around. The bulk of the job is building and owning systems: the identity model in Okta, endpoint baselines in Workspace ONE, governance across Google Workspace and the wider SaaS estate, and the automation that determines how much manual work IT has to absorb in the first place. You'll also carry escalations and some direct support — at our size there's no clean wall between the two, and the person in this role needs to stay close enough to the queue to know which problems are worth engineering away.

You'll work in an Okta, Workspace ONE, Google Workspace, and Slack stack, partnered closely with Security, Engineering, People, and Finance. We're looking for an experienced PM to lead a growth squad at LiveKit. Bottoms-up growth has always been in our DNA: build a product developers love, keep it open-source, include a generous free tier, and let word of mouth do the work. It has taken us a long way: many of our largest customer today started as a single developer building something new. As our business scales, and our GTM team grows for Enterprise sales, we now need a full-time squad focused on Product-Led Growth (PLG).

This squad will grow and maintain a large, diverse, healthy population of developers actively building on LiveKit. Some will break out into serious scale and become our future largest customers. We cannot pick which ones in advance, so the job is not to run a conventional acquisition funnel. It is to cultivate the population and make sure we notice and support what it produces. In practice that means more developers arriving, more of them getting to something real, more of them adopting the full platform, and the ones who take off having us alongside them the whole way.

Our PM team is small and high-leverage, with each PM coming in to establish the foundations in a new area of the business. You'd run the growth squad (product, design, engineering, marketing, and analytics), work alongside our developer support engineers on the accounts that are scaling, and partner with marketing on everything upstream of signup.

Be the voice of the self-serve developer.

 Tens of thousands of people a month touch our product without ever talking to anyone here. Bring what they experience back into the roadmap, from the docs through to the product itself.

 Own the operating metrics for platform health and the cadence that reviews them, so we can see how the population is doing in weeks rather than quarters. You’ll work closely with our data team to design and operate this system.

We're looking for the first Product Manager for LiveKit Telephony: how AI agents utilize the global phone network. Landlines, mobile networks, and enterprise phone systems already connect nearly every person and business on earth. Making an agent a first-class participant on that network is what turns voice AI from a demo into something that picks up a real phone number and does real work.

Our PM team is small and high-leverage, with each PM coming in to establish the foundations in a new area of the business. Telephony is essential to many of the highest-value voice AI use cases running today: call centers, customer support, healthcare triage, outbound sales, appointment scheduling. A large share of our growth comes from enterprises putting agents on the phone at massive volume, and every one of those calls runs through this product.

You'll shape the direction and roadmap for Telephony alongside the engineering leaders who build it, across both sides of the product. On one side is SIP trunking, where enterprises bring the carriers and phone systems they already have and everything has to interoperate, stay up, and sound good. On the other is LiveKit Phone Numbers, our native offering, where we own the carrier relationships and hand a developer a working number in a couple of clicks. Going native lets us control the whole path a call takes, which means fewer hops, better audio, and quality we can actually tune. We intend to offer the fastest and best sounding connection an agent can get, anywhere in the world, and you'll decide how quickly we get there and how far the footprint reaches.
