 Harvey already runs AI agents in production, including automated IT support, with more functions coming online. Own technical governance of internal AI tools.

 Define the publishing process, scoping rules, and review cadence for the plugin and skill marketplace. Own the pre-deployment security-review path for new AI tools, and stand up spend and usage monitoring so cost and access stay visible as adoption scales.

5+ years of software or integration engineering experience, with at least 2 years building integrations between SaaS systems (HRIS, ERP, contract management, internal platforms, communication tools).

Hands-on experience with API integration patterns, OAuth and identity, webhook architectures, and the kind of glue work that makes enterprise systems actually talk to each other reliably.

Practical experience with LLM-based applications and AI tooling — prompt design, agent workflows, retrieval, evaluation, or production integration of model APIs. You don't need to have trained a model; you do need to have shipped something real that depends on one.

You will operate as an advisor and owner for our stack, with a deep focus on the orchestration and data layers. This is a role for a problem solver who has a bias for action and enjoys the challenge of building AI powered systems that eliminate friction across the GTM lifecycle. This is high agency role, so you need to be comfortable operating with high ownership and few explicit guidelines.

 Partner with Customer Success and Support Operations to translate business objectives into technical requirements, serving as both project liaison and lead analyst. Operate with extreme urgency and agency once prioritization has been agreed upon with leadership.

 Gather requirements and help design advanced automations that drive speed and efficiency. You’ll be deeply focused on post sales customer lifecycle, knocking down inefficiencies and bringing automation across business units.

 Leverage applications (Ticketing, CSP, PSA, etc.) and AI agents to automate customer lifecycle best practices and value realization, ensuring our post-sales teams spend 100% of their time on high value interactions. Work closely with managers and ICs across functions to provide expert level advice about what AI is ready to do, and what should be left to humans.
