Technical CX Specialist

Full Time

Commission

As an Enterprise Account Executive on Harvey's Federal team, you will own a named list of United States federal agencies and drive adoption of Harvey across their legal organizations. Federal legal work — litigation, investigations, FOIA, procurement, and regulatory drafting — is exactly the work Harvey is built for, and the agencies doing it are largely untouched by AI today. You will run the full cycle: prospecting into agency general counsel and component leadership, navigating security review and authorization, selecting the right procurement path, and closing. This is an early seat on a new team, so you will help write the playbook as you sell.

Own a named list of federal agencies and components, and run the full sales cycle from prospecting through contracting, onboarding, and expansion.

Achieve and exceed revenue targets and pipeline generation metrics.

Multi-thread across agency general counsel, component leadership, CIO and CISO organizations, and contracting officers.

Select and drive the right procurement path for each opportunity — direct award, GSA schedule, GWAC, OTA, or reseller — in partnership with the Head of Public Sector.

Own the security review workstream with Harvey's Security and Compliance team, including FedRAMP artifacts and agency-specific questionnaires.

Plan and execute against the federal fiscal calendar.

Run product demonstrations for agency legal teams and translate Harvey's capability into mission outcomes.

Document learnings into a repeatable federal playbook.

5+ years selling complex enterprise software, with a meaningful portion of that time carrying a federal quota.

Closed federal deals yourself, through at least one of direct award, GSA schedule, GWAC, OTA, or reseller channel.

Practical experience navigating agency security review and authorization.

Fluency with the federal buying calendar and the ability to manage a cycle that spans it.

Exceptional detail discipline. Federal deals are lost on paperwork, security questionnaires, and missed procurement windows, not on demos.

Genuinely excited to prospect, and capable of independently running a cycle end to end.

Strong consultative, value-based selling instincts, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Demonstrated interest in AI and in helping government lawyers do their work better.

Existing relationships in federal agency legal or CIO organizations.

Prior experience selling into legal departments or to law firms.

Experience at a company that achieved FedRAMP authorization while you were selling there.

Depending on your location, an Applicant Privacy Notice may apply to you. You can find all of our Applicant Privacy Notices

Harvey is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for its Federal team to drive the adoption of agentic AI across US federal agencies. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, navigating complex federal procurement paths, and overseeing security reviews to implement AI solutions for legal organizations.

Account Executive, Enterprise (Public Sector - Federal)

Harvey's Sales Manager, Public Sector leads our go-to-market into United States federal, state, and local government legal organizations. This is a build role. You will recruit and lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives covering federal agencies and state and local government, and you will own the number for the segment — quota, pipeline, forecast, and execution. Harvey already has active engagements at government agencies; your job is to turn early momentum into a durable, repeatable government sales motion.

Recruit, coach, and lead a team of Enterprise AEs across Federal and State & Local, including sourcing and closing the founding hires.

Own quota attainment, pipeline generation, and forecast accuracy for the Public Sector segment.

Build the public sector sales playbook from zero — qualification criteria, procurement path selection, security review sequencing, and fiscal-year timing.

Carry a small number of strategic accounts personally through the first two quarters while the team ramps.

Partner with the Head of Public Sector on channel strategy and on FedRAMP and StateRAMP/GovRAMP positioning.

Work cross-functionally with Legal Engineering, Security and Compliance, Legal, and Finance to move agency security reviews, authorizations, and contract vehicles forward.

Represent Harvey across the government legal and gov-tech community in Washington and in-market.

Travel as required, including agency sites and Harvey offices.

8–10+ years of technology sales experience, including 3–5+ years managing public sector sellers.

Personally carried and hit a public sector quota as an individual contributor before moving into management.

Experience standing up a public sector sales team, region, or territory from scratch — not advising or supporting one that already existed.

Fluency in government procurement: GSA schedules, GWACs, OTAs, sole-source and exemption pathways, FAR fundamentals, and state tender and cooperative purchasing processes.

Comfort with long, non-linear cycles and fiscal-year budget dynamics.

Ability to lead complex, multi-threaded sales spanning agency general counsel, CIO and CISO organizations, contracting officers, and end-user attorneys.

Genuine conviction about the mission and about equipping public servants with frontier technology.

Existing relationships across federal agency legal, CIO, or CISO organizations.

Prior experience selling into legal departments.

Experience managing a government reseller or channel relationship.

Harvey is seeking a Sales Manager for the Public Sector to lead go-to-market efforts across US federal, state, and local government legal organizations. The role involves recruiting and leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives, building a public sector sales playbook, and managing quota and pipeline.

Sales Manager, Public Sector

This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. With 1500+ customers in 60+ countries, strong product-market fit, and world-class investor support, we’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.

User Operations runs on data — but right now, that data lives in too many places, speaks too many languages, and reaches the wrong people too late. This role exists to fix that.

As Harvey's first Support Operations Data Analyst, you'll own the analytics function for the User Operations org. You'll build and maintain the dashboards, reports, and feedback loops that tell us whether we're hitting our north stars — cSAT, TTR, QA scores, escalation rates — and surface the signal underneath the numbers so we can act on it. You'll sit within the Support Operations team, reporting to the Support Operations Manager, and work closely with User Operations leadership and Harvey's central data team to ensure the org is equipped with the right instrumentation as we scale.

This is a solo role. You won't have a team beneath you. You will need to be fluent enough in support analytics to hold the function independently, confident enough to push back on how metrics are framed, and fast enough to operate at Harvey's pace.

Own recurring reporting for User Operations — weekly, monthly, and QBR-ready — tailored to ops, leadership, and cross-functional audiences

Translate support data into clear narratives: what's happening, why, and what to do about it

Track and maintain north star metrics: cSAT, TTR by tier, QA scores, bug escalation rate to EPD, and First Response Time

Build and maintain self-serve dashboards that give the ops team and leadership real-time visibility into support performance

Partner with Support Systems to ensure Zendesk is instrumented to capture the data we need

Work with Harvey's central data team to connect support data to broader product and customer data sources

Identify and close data collection gaps — if we can't measure it, help define how we should

Design feedback loops that connect support signals to Product, Engineering, and Customer Success

Quantify the operational cost of product bugs, feature gaps, and onboarding failures

Contribute to QA analytics as the QA program matures

Track ticket deflection, AI/chatbot performance, and self-service effectiveness

Measure the impact of AI-driven support — containment rate, escalation rate from AI interactions, resolution quality — and surface findings that drive how we tune and invest in those tools

Support ad hoc analytical requests from the Support Operations Manager, User Operations leadership, and senior stakeholders

3–5 years of experience in analytics, with at least 2 years directly in support operations, customer success operations, or a closely adjacent function

Fluency in support platform data — you know how Zendesk (or equivalent) is structured, what data it produces, and what it doesn't

SQL proficiency — you can write complex queries against large datasets without hand-holding (CTEs, window functions, joins across schemas)

Dashboard experience — you've built and maintained operational dashboards in Looker, Tableau, Sigma, Omni, or equivalent

Reporting for multiple audiences — you know the difference between what a frontline manager needs and what a CFO needs, and you build accordingly

Strong data storytelling — you don't just present numbers, you write the narrative

Comfort operating solo — you don't need a team around you to deliver, and you don't need a ticket to tell you what to look at

Experience with Python for data manipulation or automation

Familiarity with dbt or similar data transformation tooling

Experience building or contributing to QA analytics programs

Background supporting enterprise SaaS or AI-native products

Experience working with Zendesk APIs or extracting data beyond standard reporting

AI-native: you use AI tooling actively in your analytical workflows — not as a novelty, but as a force multiplier

Pace: you move in hours and days, not weeks. You surface findings before anyone has to ask

Judgment: you know which metrics matter and which are vanity. You push back when framing is wrong

Clarity: your outputs are direct, jargon-free, and actionable. You write for the reader, not yourself

Ownership: you treat User Operations analytics as your problem to solve, not a ticket queue to process

Harvey is seeking a Support Operations Data Analyst to own the analytics function for the User Operations organization. The role involves building operational dashboards in tools like Looker or Tableau, writing complex SQL queries, and tracking key metrics such as cSAT and TTR to drive operational efficiency and product improvements.
